Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Rouen, this superb apartment is nestled at the back of the magnificent cobbled courtyard of the Turgot Hotel, a 16th-century building classified as a historical monument.
You will stay in the hyper center of Rouen on Old Market Square, in the heart of Rouen's pedestrian streets, a 100m walk from Place de la Pucelle, 400m from the Gros Horloge and the Cathedral, close to the train station and bus networks.
Despite being located on the bustling Old Market Square, the apartment is extremely quiet, very bright, and without vis-à-vis, fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the best restaurants, grocery stores, and gourmet shops in Rouen, including the bakery-patisserie of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France which awaits you at the foot of the apartment.
The apartment is a spacious T2 that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults.
It consists of a large living room with a sofa, a bedroom (140x200cm) with a large fitted wardrobe, a shower room with toilet, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Provided for your convenience: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise on the terrace must be limited between 10 pm and 7 am.
No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages.
