Our apartment is located within a fisherman's house, right in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer (specifically between the beach and the casino), in close proximity to the best shops and restaurants in town, and less than a 2-minute walk from the sea.
Located 50 meters from the famous casino and thalassotherapy center of Trouville, this superb cozy apartment boasts an exceptional location allowing you to enjoy the city's attractions while being in a quiet environment. The accommodation is situated in a small condominium, typical of Trouville, on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment (arranged in duplex) is composed as follows
- A living area with a fully equipped open kitchen integrated into a small lounge area for 4 people (refrigerator , oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- On the sleeping side, you will find a cozy master suite with quality bedding (140x200cm) and an adjoining shower room. Separate toilet;
- Upstairs, under the roofs, 2 small single beds and a desk allowing those who wish to enjoy the Normandy air to telecommute.
Completely optimized and tastefully renovated, this charming little pied-à-terre will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful Normandy stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Please note, the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (typical of Trouville's fisherman's houses).
Please note that the accommodation does not have shutters or any darkening system.
Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi (4G key), iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, private parking lots (for a fee) are located at the end of the street.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages. - In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
