Completely renovated, this beautiful apartment is ideal for a family stay, with friends, or even for a business trip.


Accommodating up to 4 guests, it is composed as follows

- a beautiful living/dining room with a Smart TV and a high-quality 2-seater convertible sofa;

- a fully equipped separate kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and all necessary equipment to cook delicious meals);

- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm);

- 1 "Italian-style" shower room equipped with a washing machine.


Linen and bedding are provided in the rental, as well as complimentary WiFi.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Caen at the foot of Place de la République and the Paul Doumer center. Just a few steps away, you will find numerous gourmet restaurants, various shops, the castle, as well as quick access to public transportation (tramway and buses).

📅 Arrival and departure times
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM

- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM


⏳ Need flexibility?

- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.

- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).


⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.


🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

- No parties allowed

- Strictly non-smoking accommodation

- Pets are not allowed

- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.

- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
