##Space EXCEPTIONAL VIEW! Stunning apartment for 4 people located seaside with direct and private access to the beach! Recently renovated and fully equipped, we offer a stay in a bright apartment that offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and Trouville beach.
It is located within the Roches Normandes residence, right next to the famous Roches Noires where Marguerite Duras and Marcel Proust stayed.
You will be immediately captivated by its proximity to the beach and its view offering magnificent sunsets.
Completely refurbished, it's a true little paradise to enjoy Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.
Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 1 couple and 2 children).
It is organized as follows: - a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area on its raised bar. - a living area with high-end convertible sofa. - 1 open bedroom on the mezzanine floor (please note ceiling height of 1m) equipped with a double bed in 140x200cm. - 1 bathroom with "Italian-style" shower with rainfall showerhead.
Separate toilet.
The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps away from the famous Roches Noires, with direct and private access to the beach.
The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :) Available for you: bed and bath linens, iron and ironing board.
The accommodation has a Smart TV in the living room (access possible: Netflix, Youtube, etc.).
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am.
No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages.

Positive:
L'emplacement, le calme lors de notre séjour, l'accès à la plage, l'espace de vie très agréable, l'hôte très aimable et réactive.
Negative:
Moins apprécié la mezzanine qui est ultra basse de plafond mais reste sympathique pour deux jeunes enfants maximum.
