##Space Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Exotic".
You will stay in the very city center, on Vieux Marché Square, in the heart of the pedestrian streets of Rouen, just a 100m walk from Place de la Pucelle, 200m from Gros Horloge and the Cathedral, close to the train station and bus networks.
Quiet despite being located on the bustling Vieux Marché Square, the apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
Bright and fully equipped, it has secure access.
You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the best restaurants, grocery stores, and delicatessens in Rouen just a few meters away, including the bakery-pastry shop of the Best Craftsman of France awaiting you at the foot of the apartment.
The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom apartment (T2) that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
It consists of: - A beautiful living room with a newly renovated open kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area with a Smart TV, and a quality sofa bed (140x200cm). - A bedroom equipped with a new double bed (140x200cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. - A bathroom with a bathtub.
We provide: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but numerous parking spaces are available nearby (especially the underground parking of Vieux Marché).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No festive events are allowed in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. ##Access When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.
