Villa made up of 5 apartments in a building which originates from the 18th century, the apartments come rented as one single rental unit to a group of friends or family.
The property is found in the countryside in a quiet panoramic location and has a swimming pool which is for the private use of guests only.
The house is decorated in a comfortable and rustic Tuscan style.
The location is excellent as it is a short distance from the best that the Val d’Orcia, the crete senesi and Umbria have to offer.
The nearby town of Chiusi has a train station which allows guests to reach cities such as Siena, Florence and Rome.
The surrounding territory has many museums dedicated to the Etruscans people, a civilisation who were attracted to this unique area for the fertile land which offered a means to cultivate and prosper.
Access to the property is via a good condition dirt road (2.5km) Guests of Villa Sarteano will be able to enjoy discounts up to 20% at the spas of San Casciano dei Bagni (Fonteverde) and Chianciano Terme (Terme di Chianciano).
Available to guests: large garden with beautiful private swimming pool reserved for the use of the guests of Villa Sarteano (12 x 6 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 2.4 m), outside shower (cold water) near the pool.

If your car can reach it, you will be rewarded with a great place for larger groups with a big pool, private apartments, and beautiful surroundings. You are in the wilderness, so don't leave everything open ???? Our host Luca was spectacular, always helpful and offered us local deals. Due to the short distance to the highway, we went to the surrounding areas and explored a lot.

This villa was amazing! The pool was clean and the pool area has a beautiful view. The separate sleeping areas for several families and couples worked well as everyone had private space when needed. A really unique and amazing accommodation, one of the most spectacular apartments we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Very authentic, beautifully renovated villa, a true tuscan experience. Great cities, program opportunities mostly within (at most) a 0,5 / 1 hour drive. Would recommend for big friend groups or (even multiple) families.
