EXCEPTIONAL: Magnificent one bedroom duplex apartment completely renovated located the mythical port of Sainte Marine.

This apartment will make more than one jealous who will walk on the port to drink a coffee or a good glass of wine at the Café de la Cale.
It is located on the first floor of one of the oldest houses in the port.
You will enjoy a living room (sofa bed 130cm) with fitted and equipped kitchen and an exceptional view of the boats for lunch...
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a bed of 140cm and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Aufwändige Schlüsselübergabe in einem Büro. Mit dem Auto mehr als 20 Minuten Fahrzeit. Am Schluss muss man dort auch wieder die Bettwäsche abgeben. An zwei von drei Tagen war das WLAN defekt. Die Verwaltung wusste das, hat aber erst nach unserem Telefon reagiert.
1.4 m breites Bett ist halt schon ziemlich schmal.
Traumhafte Lage mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe.

Stunning location. Can't beat the extraordinary view. Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen well equipped and comfy bed and fold-out couch.
