Agence Cocoonr offers this spacious and bright 4-star-rated apartment, with views of the magnificent Caroual beach from the living rooms and 80m² terrace. Located in a quiet residence, this 130m² apartment is carefully furnished in soothing tones and can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 71m² living room with dining area opening onto a south and west-facing terrace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200), sea view and access to terrace.
- Bedroom 2: King-size bed (180x200) or 2 single beds (90x200), sea view and terrace access
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath and 2 WCs)
- Private garage for 1 car and/or bike. Free public parking in front of the building.
Additional amenities: Wifi, flat-screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, CD/USB/Bluetooth player, books, board games, high chair and cot provided free of charge.
Neighborhood:
Discover the rich heritage of the surrounding area: Cap Fréhel, Fort-La-Latte, the island of Bréhat from the port of Erquy, the châteaux of Bienassis or Hunaudaye, the medieval towns of Dinan and Moncontour, the maritime abbey of Beauport, the gardens of La Roche-Jagu, the pink granite coast, Fort National and the ramparts of Saint-Malo.
The town center with all its shops is a 10-minute walk away.
The sandy beach of Caroual is 30 m in front of the building and stretches for almost 2 km.
The fishing port of Erquy, known as the “capital” of scallops, is 2 km away, accessible on foot along the coast.
Activities :
- Enjoy swimming, hiking, sailing, fishing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, sea kayaking, paragliding, golf, cycling, horse riding, kite flying and beach ball.
- Walk to Cap sauvage d'Erquy via Lacs Bleus, to Islet Saint-Michel or Val-André.
- The GR34 long-distance hiking trail (“sentier des douaniers”) runs along the seafront on the pedestrian dike.
- The Saint-Malo - Saint-Brieuc section of the EuroVélo 4 cycle route passes at the end of the street.
- The nautical center offers courses and rentals for catamarans, paddleboards, windsurfers, kayaks and dinghies.
-Sea outings on the Vieux Gréement “la Sainte Jeanne” are offered at the Maison de la Mer.

- The private parking lot can only accommodate a small vehicle such as a Peugeot 208
