Cocoonr is offering this charming sea-view flat for rent in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 130 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 71 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the flat are on one level.
The flat is situated on the first floor of a block of flats.
Access is via an external staircase followed by an internal staircase. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 71 m² living room with a dining area opening onto a south- and west-facing terrace - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. - Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160x200), sea view and access to the terrace - Bedroom 2: A king-size bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200), sea view and access to the terrace - Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed (160x200) - 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath and 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate) - A private locked garage for 1 medium-sized car (such as a Peugeot 3008) or bicycles.
Free public parking behind the building. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: A spacious south- and west-facing terrace to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Set off to explore the rich heritage of the surrounding area: Cap Fréhel, Fort-La-Latte, the island of Bréhat (accessible by boat from Erquy harbour), the châteaux of Bienassis and La Hunaudaye, the medieval towns of Dinan and Moncontour, Beauport Maritime Abbey, the gardens of La Roche-Jagu, the Pink Granite Coast, the Fort National and the ramparts of Saint-Malo. The town centre, with all its shops, is a 10-minute walk away. The fine sandy beach at Caroual is just 30 metres in front of the building and stretches for nearly 2 km. The fishing port of Erquy, known as the ‘capital’ of scallops, is 2 km away and can be reached on foot by walking along the coast. Activities: - Enjoy swimming, hiking, sailing, shore or sea fishing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, sea kayaking, paragliding, golf, cycling, horse riding, kite flying or beach volleyball. - Walk to the wild Cap d’Erquy via the Lacs Bleus, as far as the Îlot Saint-Michel or Val-André. - The GR34 long-distance walking trail (‘the customs officers’ path’) runs along the seafront on the pedestrian promenade. - The Saint-Malo–Saint-Brieuc section of the EuroVélo 4 cycle route passes right at the end of the street. - The water sports centre offers lessons and hire for catamarans, stand-up paddleboards, windsurfing boards, kayaks and dinghies. - Sea trips aboard the historic sailing ship ‘La Sainte Jeanne’ are available at the Maison de la Mer. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private garage and car park (the private garage can only accommodate a small vehicle such as a Peugeot 3008). A public car park is located 150 metres from the flat.
