It measures 74 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 14th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, etc. - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the balcony - Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200) and access to the balcony - A relaxation room featuring a double spa bath with adjustable massage jet settings and a lovely view (capacity: one bath per day). Available until 9.30 pm. - A shower room with shower and vanity unit - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Brieuc, 400 m from the town centre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more… Activities: - Explore the little harbour of Le Légué, a 5-minute drive away. - Rosaires Beach, 8 minutes away, with its bay designated a nature reserve, and the Langueux sandbanks, - For hikers, the GR 34 will enchant you with its wild coastline and the sea. Transport: - By car: you can park for free near the accommodation in the public car park. - Nearest railway station: Saint-Brieuc station, 8 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, 1 hour 14 minutes by car Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

La maison aivait un merveilleux jacuzzi et l’hôte était très accueillant
Les volets de la chambre à côté du salon ne ce ferme pas

Très bon séjour, l’appartement est très lumineux, bien aménagé et propre. Jean-Marie est très sympa et arrangeant.
Peut-être revoir le matelas de la chambre avec la baie vitrée car il est en cuve. Mis à part cela tout était très bien

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Appartement situé au 14ème étage d'un immeuble donc vue imprenable sur saint brieuc. Logement bien conçu et bien aménagé. Je recommande!
