Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful apartment located on the second and last floor of a residence built in 2004. All amenities are accessible without a car to make your stay easier: supermarkets, fishmongers & its fish market to taste the excellent oysters from the river, restaurants , bars, wine cellar, bakeries, ice cream parlors & some design and local artist boutiques. Fishing and marina port 200 m away.
Its direct proximity to the Ria will allow you access on foot to Étel beach as well as coastal paths. This house will also be an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful spots in South Morbihan (Carnac, Lorient, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...).
This 65 m² apartment includes:

Living room with television, sofa and armchairs
