Cocoonr Agency is offering this sea-view flat for rent in the town of Douarnenez, with the beach right on the doorstep (direct access with no roads to cross) and a shared swimming pool.
It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises an 18 m² living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 5,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living area with two sofa beds, each sleeping one person, a TV, a dining area and a large bay window opening onto the balcony with views of the sea and the shared swimming pool - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4-ring hob… - A bedroom with two single beds and a TV - A bathroom with a bath, toilet, vanity unit, washing machine and storage cupboard Outdoors: - A 10 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days Shared outdoor facilities: - A swimming pool (shared, heated) open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10.00 to 20.00 during the summer months.
Parasols and sun loungers are provided for residents.
Child-proof access (2 locks). The pool is fully fenced. - A 5,000 m² fully enclosed garden, shared with residents The flat is ideally situated in Douarnenez, in a quiet residential neighbourhood by the beach, next to the thalassotherapy centre and close to bars, restaurants and shops... Leclerc shopping centre 5 minutes’ drive away: a shopping area with a full range of shops Tréboul town centre 15 minutes’ walk away with a full range of shops, and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays Residence under CCTV surveillance. Activities: - Water sports: swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, aquagym in the sea, etc. - Sailing centre nearby - Water sports centre (diving) - Marina nearby - Hiking (the GR 34 trail runs right past the residence) - Thalassotherapy centre next to the residence - Tennis courts nearby Nearby events: - Les Gras de Douarnenez in February - Exhibition of historic sailing ships – Port-Rhu museum harbour - Visit to Tristan Island - Pointe du Raz, Pointe de Van, Locronan, the Crozon Peninsula and Pointe de la Torche, all within a 30km radius – not to be missed. - Sein Island Transport: If you choose to come by car, you have two options: - Underground car park.

Bicycle storage room with digital code lock. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

L'emplacement face à la mer et devant la plage, lieu rénové et piétonnier depuis seulement 2 mois, convivial, avec terrasses bars-restaurants, , lieu connu depuis...plus de 60 ans et qui méritait cette rénovation et attire beaucoup plus.
Très bon accueil de Sophie et bon suivi.
