Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 200 m² house in Agen which can accommodate up to 12 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and whirlpool bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A private, locked office is located at the shared entrance to the accommodation.
1st floor
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath
- Separate WC
2nd floor
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed
- Bedroom 5: a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- A lovely 150 m² garden, private and fully enclosed
- A beautiful north-west-facing terrace with flowers measuring 50 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A second terrace, in front of the living room, with furniture.
The house is ideally located in Agen, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities
The capital of the prune, Agen is a welcoming town on a human scale where life is good. Take a stroll through its historic centre and you'll discover some of its most emblematic landmarks, including Place des Laitiers, the heart of Agen's lively district, Rue des Cornières with its arcades, Rue Beauville with its old half-timbered and corbelled houses, Saint-Caprais cathedral and its colourful 19th-century frescoes, and the Musée des Beaux-Arts less than 10 minutes' walk away.
Stroll along the banks of the Garonne, and the Gravier esplanade, with its plane trees, lawns and walkways, is a pleasant place to stroll, much loved by the people of Agen. Further north, come and discover the majestic canal bridge, a 539-metre-long structure that allows the Canal Latéral à la Garonne to span the Garonne river.
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the rue de la maison or in the free car parks nearby.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Agen 2 km away (about 8 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac 115 km (about 1h10 by car)
