Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 40 m² flat with swimming pool, which sleeps up to 4 people, to rent in Montreuil-Bellay.
Located on the ground floor of a gîte, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m².
Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A shower room (with shower) and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 7×3m terrace with furniture - A 6×3m heated swimming pool shared with a second gîte, open from April to October with a security system. - A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Visits to nearby châteaux - Bio-park - Wine cellars - Fishing Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, or free of charge in the nearby public car park. - 1 vehicle in the flat's private car park (in the event of failure to comply with safety instructions in the private car park and in the courtyard of the gîtes, we will be obliged to exclude the vehicle).
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Montreuil Belay train station, 15 minutes' walk. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, 1h45 min by car Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Swimming pool: all children must be supervised by a parent.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).

Gîte du Thouet "Marie Laure et ludovic nous ont ouvert les portes de leur charmant logement. ce sont des personnes très bienveillante. nous avons passé un très bon moment moi ma femme et mes deux enfants (11mois et 5 ans)
il y a plein de chose à découvrir et faire dans le coin!
Le petit plus, la piscine qui est d'une taille parfaite pour quelques brasse et de la détente.
