Cocoonr agency has this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent in Montreuil-Bellay.
It sleeps up to 6 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a gîte, it comprises a pretty 33 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, etc. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 3×1m balcony - A 6×3 m heated swimming pool, shared with a second gîte, accessible subject to the owners' availability and equipped with a safety device. - A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Visits to nearby châteaux - Bio-park - Wine cellars - Fishing Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, or free of charge in the nearby public car park. 1 vehicle in the flat's private car park (in the event of failure to comply with safety instructions in the private car park and in the courtyard of the gîtes, we will be obliged to exclude the vehicle). As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Montreuil Belay station is 15 minutes' walk away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, 1h45 min by car Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Swimming pool: all children must be supervised by a parent.
Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions, please contact the owners. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
