Reception and handover of keys takes place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.


IS THE END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?

Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, the cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes).

NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 × 190, standard double duvet 220 × 240).


ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Animals are prohibited. This may sound harsh, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.


GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES & CONDITIONS

- The accommodation is non-smoking and silence must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum.

- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes).

- A deposit is provided for certain reservations. We use the independent online bail service Swikly. The deposit is secured in the fortnight preceding arrivals (not debited/does not affect the limit of your bank card). It cancels itself 20 days after your departure.

- The apartment has no WiFi but good 4G coverage

- The fireplace is not functional. Forbidden fire

- There are steps between the parking lot and the residence, the equivalent of one floor


/!\ We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left and so on).
