In Le Grau-du-Roi, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 34 m² air-conditioned apartment with pool and view of the salt marshes can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). WiFi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A shared heated swimming pool, open from May to October (non-contractual opening dates, subject to change).
- An 8 m² balcony, south-east facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Le Grau-du-Roi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Le Grau-du-Roi 950 m away (approx. 9 min. walk)
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée 25 km away (approx. 21 min. by car).

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
