Our cozy family pension is located in a sunny location with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Ramsau valley.Our rooms are very comfortable and lovingly furnished. A large lounge and a rich breakfast buffet await you in addition, an infrared cabin is available to our guests free of charge. Sunbathing lawn,gazebo and children's playground in front of the house.A charging station for electric cars is available to our guests. Best starting point for hikes. Ideal for families. Inmitten einer einzigartigen Landschaft umrahmt von der mächtigen Bergkulisse des Ramsauer Tales, liegt unser Gästehaus in sonniger Höhenlage (900m). Unser Haus bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Biketouren. Gerne geben wir ihnen Wandertips. Gasthöfe sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch die Nähe zu Bad Reichenhall ,Salzburg oder Berchtesgaden läd zum Verweilen ein.

Arrival Description
Freeway Munich- Salzburg until exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf, continue on B306 direction Berchtesgaden via Inzell, Weißbach until Unterjettenberg. From there on the B305 to Ramsau, past the Gasthof WachterlbisGasthof "Baltram", here after 300mrechts below the road is the "Kaltbachhäusl".

Description of the accommodation
Our exclusive flat is 45 sqm and suitable for up to three people. The kitchen is equipped with cooker (Ceran), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, egg boiler, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.In the kitchen there is a dining area, an extra bed (0.90mx2.00m) and a TV. In the bedroom there is a double bed, bathroom/WC, TV and access to the balcony. Internet access via WLAN is available free of charge. Breakfast can be booked in addition. Otherwise we also offer a bread roll service.
