Cocoonr agency offers this superb 57 m² apartment, ideally located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, just a few steps from the Petite France district, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this elegant apartment stands out for its warm atmosphere, carefully considered décor and hotel-standard comfort.
Perfect for a family holiday, a trip with friends or a business stay, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting within walking distance of most of the city's tourist attractions. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and 4★ hotel-quality linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels) is provided.
For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The accommodation comprises the following : - A bright and welcoming living area, featuring a lounge with two sofas (including a double sofa bed), a large coffee table, a mirrored wardrobe, as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a small selection of films, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. - A modern, fully equipped kitchen including : refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils, as well as a dining area for 6 people, designed to make preparing meals easy and allow you to fully enjoy your stay. - Two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (160x200) and ample storage space with hangers and mirrored doors.
The second bedroom also includes a desk and stool, ideal for business travellers. - A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washbasin. - A separate WC for added everyday comfort. - Additional amenities : a hairdryer and hair straightener are provided, as well as access to a private, free laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) located on the ground floor of the building. Surroundings : Located just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Petite France district, you can fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of Strasbourg's historic centre, with walks along the River Ill, traditional restaurants and charming streets.
Most of the city's tourist and cultural attractions are within walking distance, as are the neighbourhood's shops, cafés and boutiques. Transport : If you choose to travel by car, the recommended car park is the “Centre Historique Petite France” public car park, located approximately a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, at a rate of €15 for 24 hours.
On-street parking is difficult in the immediate vicinity (spaces are limited and rates are high). Getting around : - The “Pont Saint-Nicolas” bus stop (lines 10, N2, N3) is a 2-minute walk away. - The “Porte de l'Hôpital” tram stop (lines A & D) is a 5-minute walk away. - Strasbourg Central Station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by public transport and 13 minutes by car. - Strasbourg International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by car. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der Altstadt und man kann alle Unternehmungen prima zu Fuß planen.
Wir hatten Glück und zufällig einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gefunden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl- dies ist vielleicht für bestimmte Gäste wissenswert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment bedenkenlos sehr empfehlen.

Literie de qualité, logement parfaitement propre.

Le logement est très bien situé. Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien décoré. La literie et linge de lit étaient confortables. Cuisine bien équipée.
A noter que la buanderie se trouve au RDC et qu’elle est partagée avec les autres habitants de l’immeuble.
L’escalier est difficile ...
