Entrance into a small living room with 1 sofa, upholstered furniture, exit onto the garden, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, fire-place, TV, 1 room remains locked.
Stairs to the 1st floor: (on the floor in between there is 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet), small living room with couch and upholstered furniture, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds with 1 child’s bed. There is pergola in front of the house equipped with table, chairs and barbeque; there is 1 service room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet with external access. WIFI included until 10 GB / week.
There is aircondtioning/heating and mosquito nets at the windows. Please note: All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH. The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN. The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
