The beautiful Villa Verde is located near one of the most popular tourist destination in Istria - Pula. This beautiful accommodation can accomodate up to 7 people and it is only 3km from the beach. Restaurants and markets are at waliking distance from the villa.
The villa extends over 130 sqm and 500m2 plot.
In the private garden is located the pool 30m2 with outdoor shower 5 deckchairs, BBQ with garden furniture and outdoor table where you can eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking
The whole house is air conditioned and has free wi-fi connection.
The Villa Verde offers 3 beautiful and pleasant bedrooms, one of which has a bedroom TV-sat with cot. This holiday home is located in a very quiet location.

Statt 2 Badezimmer war nur eins und ich habe eine Villa gebucht und nicht ein Apartment die Besitzer wohnen auch oben das habt's ihr uns verschwiegen und die Bilder von Haus sind alt mit der Zeit hat sich die Umgebung verändert also kurz gesagt wir wurden belogen und das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit

Hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung ,den großen gepflegten Pool und die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers

Das Ferienhaus bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung und einen schnellen und zuverlässigen Service. Eine ausgefallene Kaffeemaschine wurde bereits am nächsten Tag ersetzt.
Ein zweites Badezimmer haben wir (4 Erwachsene) allerdings vermisst. Dieses wäre in Anbetracht der vorhanden Schlafzimmerkapazitäten von 6 Personen auch erforderlich.
