In Landerneau, we offer this charming new 100 m² wooden house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a 36 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
Ground floor:
- A 36 m² living room with sofa and pellet stove
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail

First floor:
- Mezzanine with sofa bed and desk area
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (two single beds)
- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A 500 m² private, south-west-facing, unfenced garden. Trampoline and swing. Small garden furniture and wooden outdoor table.
- A 60m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (large wooden table for 6 people and small garden furniture for 4 people)
The house is ideally located in Landerneau, in a very pleasant, family-friendly environment.
All shops are close by:
- Supermarkets (lidl, leclerc, intermarché), organic shops (biocoop, bio de landerneau), burger king,
- Restaurants and crêperies
- Fishmongers, butchers, cheesemongers, bakers
