Our guesthouse Schwarzlofer is located in the beautiful landscape of the Reit im Winkler mountains, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village. The guest rooms are very spacious (up to 36 square metres) and all have a balcony. In addition to the comfortable furnishings, the rooms offer a shower, WC, balcony, hairdryer, clock radio and cable TV. A limited number of rooms are available for guests with dogs. Please clarify before booking whether a stay with dog is possible. We serve your rich breakfast in our lounge with kitchen. Furthermore, a drinks fridge is available for our guests. Directly nearby you will find the tennis park, hiking trails and in winter the entrance to the cross-country skiing trails, the free ski bus and the winter hiking trails.
Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).

Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
Via the motorway A8 Munich - Salzburg (motorway exit Grabenstätt or Bernau) on the B305 to Reit im Winkl-Entfelden. Now follow the Ruhpolding turn-off. At the B305 turn right towards Reit im Winkl and after 300 m turn into Waldbahnstraße.
