Residence from the 70s, quiet and sunny, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are approximately 300 meters away with two possible access points.

Very well equipped apartment of approximately 40m², Classified 1* located on the 2nd floor without elevator (entrance on level 1) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, close to shops and close to the Parchey chairlift.
Rented for a maximum of 6 people, it is composed of an entrance, a bedroom with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with washer-dryer and separate WC, a separate kitchen opening onto a dining area which can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The living room is equipped with a set of pull-out beds and isolated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain allowing it to be made into a separate sleeping area.
The apartment faces South-West and the balcony offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley.
Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee makers + filters. Washer dryer. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeps: 2x2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds.
Sanitary: a bathroom and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered when you arrive at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric pads should not be removed from beds and left clean. Beds must be unmade correctly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be subject to invoicing debited from a deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing sheet, €300 for replacing the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: billing for odor of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics
