In Mers-les-Bains, a charming, bright 2-star apartment with a sea view, nearby from the beach, measuring 42 m² and able to accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 27 m² living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- 27 m² living room with sofa bed, rattan armchairs, TV, dining area
- Open-plan kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, etc.
- One bedroom with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, with balcony
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine.
Outside :
- Balcony off the bedroom
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
Le Trimaran 40 is located in the middle of the beautiful listed villas from the belle époque that make Mers-les-Bains so charming. The Esplanade, a place for leisure activities and strolls in all seasons. Car traffic is restricted, and there are a number of restaurants where you can have a good time. In the evening, the sunsets are unique! A chic touch for this seaside resort. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a twice-weekly market (Monday and Thursday)...
Activities :
- Sightseeing: The town lies at the entrance to the Baie de Somme, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Le Tréport with its Cordiers district...
- Sports activities: mini golf nearby, aquatic center with swimming pool, waterslide..., tennis courts, various water sports (windsurfing, sky surfing, paddle, windsurfing, kayaking, longe côte...)...
- Cultural visits: excursion to see the largest seal colony in France, visit to the glass workshop, château musée Louis-Philippe...
- Events : Festival Les Effet-Mer, fête des baigneurs at the end of July...The tourist office next to the art gallery offers current shows and events.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot (n°40) in the basement of the apartment (one space).
Street parking is subject to a charge, but a large free public parking lot is signposted at the entrance to Mers les Bains.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Shuttles and coaches
- Nearest train station: Le Tréport 850m away.
- Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais 94 km away.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
