Charming apartment equipped with the main comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, located in the historic center of Foligno (ZTL). The accommodation boasts an enviable position: nestled between Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza del Grano and Piazza don Minzoni, it is within walking distance of all points of interest, which makes it the ideal starting point for visiting the city and living in full of rich nightlife. Foligno station is a 15-minute walk away.


The 65 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it.


The internal space is made up as follows

- LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed and TV

- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV

The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Foligno, in the "Spada" district, full of monuments to visit including the Cathedral of San Feliciano and Palazzo Trinci, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Affected by the traditional Quintana event, the area is also full of restaurants and clubs, to fully experience the nightlife, and is provided with all the essential services: bars, pharmacy and supermarket are in fact within 400 metres. A short distance away is the Topino River cycle/pedestrian path, unmissable for lovers of walking and biking. The accommodation is also a good base for those who want to reach the beautiful nearby places such as Assisi, Spoleto, Montefalco, Bevagna and Rasiglia, unmissable for discovering the culture and history of Umbria.


- From Umbria airport it is possible to reach the apartment with Umbria Airlink to Assisi or Perugia station, and from here by regional train to Foligno station (1 km).


- From Foligno train station you can reach the apartment on foot in 15 minutes (1 km).


- If you are traveling by car, ATTENTION: the accommodation is located within the restricted traffic zone. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the "Ex Zuccherificio" car park, 800 meters away or for a fee at the Autorimessa Parcheggio Centro Storico Di Conti Sas, in Via Guglielmo Oberdan 29, 700 meters away.
