Short Characteristics
Our non-smoking apartment is located in a quiet area in the south of Dresden, yet it offers good transport connections. By car or by bus it takes only about 10 minutes to reach the city centre. The noble and completely furnished apartment welcomes you to individually arranged holidays or an adventure weekend in the baroque city of Dresden and its surrounding area. Equipment: spacious living, dining and sleeping area with double-bed; separate bedroom with double-bed and additional beds for up to four persons; fully equipped kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher; corridor, terrace, bath with bathtub, SAT-TV, radio, internet access. There are parking possibilities next to the house and shopping possibilities are at a distance of 200 metres. Pets are not allowed. Please bring your own towels with you. (The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)

Bitte zahlen Sie den vereinbarten Gesamtpreis bei Anreise in bar. Kredit-oder EC-Kartenzahlungen sind nicht möglich. Endreinigung 35 Euro. Beherbergungssteuer pro Nacht, pro Person 2,0 Euro. 50 % der Gesamtkosten bei Nichtanreise bzw. bei Absage der Buchung 2 Tage vor Reisebeginn

* arrival by car (coming from the motorway A17): take the motorway exit Südvorstadt, turn left at the traffic lights, follow the street until the next traffic light crossing, turn left (into direction Kaitz) and turn right immediately afterwards, follow the street for about 400 metres (on the right side you will pass a Nissan car dealer and on the left side a Toyota car dealer), turn right at the next crossing (Stuttgarter Straße/ Possendorfer Straße) (on the right side there is a Opel car dealer), follow the major road (which turns left) (Boderitzer Straße, about one kilometre), go straight ahead at the next crossing, turn right into the next street (Babisnauer Straße), then turn left into the second street (Rippiener Straße) - the apartment (house no.21) is to be found on the left side * arrival by car (coming from Dresden city centre - B170): follow the street B170/ E55 through the city into direction Dippoldiswalde/Prag (Prague), the Bergstraße leads uphill out of the municipal area, in the following callex you reach a traffic lights - turn right (into direction Kaitz) and turn right again immediately afterwards, follow the street for about 400 metres (on the right side you will pass a Nissan car dealer and on the left side a Toyota car dealer).
