Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 55 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Aubais, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 4,500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated 17 m³ swimming pool, available from May to October. A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- 4,500 m² enclosed garden with children's play area
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Aubais, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nîmes train station 31 km away (approx. 38 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes airport 35 km away (approx. 31 min by car), Montpellier Méditerranée airport 36.6 km away (approx. 33 min by car).
Other remarks
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €20/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
