Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in Aubais, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 4,500 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a three-berth bunk bed (single upstairs and double downstairs) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool of 17 m³, available from May to October.
All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - A lovely 4,500 m² enclosed garden with a children's play area - A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Aubais, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Nîmes train station, 31 km away (about 38 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes airport 35 km away (about 31 minutes by car), Montpellier Méditerranée airport 36.6 km away (about 33 minutes by car). Other remarks - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €20/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Cot available in the accommodation - All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent.
The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

L'annonce correspond à 100% à ce qu'on a trouvé sur place. Super emplacement. Même si la maison est directement collé à la maison du propriétaire. Tu te sens quand même comme chez toi et pas du tout chez le propriétaire.Super piscine et lounge.Parfait pour des familles qui cherchent du calme.
