🗻🚅 Discover our beautiful T2 + Kitchen of 45 M2 very well equipped, quiet and renovated recently located route de Lyon in Grenoble; --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓Your accommodation:** 🏢 This cosy flat comprises : - a beautiful living room with kitchen and dining room with television - a separate bedroom with 140 cm bed and television - a sleeping area upstairs under the eaves with 2 single beds (90 cm), - a shower room with shower and washing machine - a separate WC 🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas: - 1 double bed in the bedroom - 2 single beds upstairs ⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as equipment like Wi-Fi, TV, for the kitchen (a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven, Nespresso krups coffee machine (capsules not supplied), hobs and all the complete cookware, etc...), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival. 🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly".
After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to check the validity of your bank card.
This check provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the flat, and does not result in your credit card being debited or blocked.
Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the flat will not be sent to you and your booking will not be refunded.

Appartement soigné et fonctionnel situé au pied de la Bastille et à deux pas du centre ville.
Negative:
Le bruit même si les boules Kies suffisent. Il manque au moins deux fauteuils d’appoint pour profiter du salon un jour de pluie et un ou deux tabouret en cas de visite.
