Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

- A 25 m² living room with TV, dining area, and reversible air conditioning
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, and more
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a desk and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower, accessible via two steps
- A separate toilet
The apartment is ideally located in Draguignan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- The apartment is located between the sea and the mountains, 33 km from the beaches of Fréjus, 50 km from Saint-Tropez and 70 km from the Gorges du Verdon.
- Shopping and various hikes and visits to the surrounding villages.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the market square car park, about 700 m from the apartment. On market days, parking spaces can be difficult to find.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Les Arcs-Draguignan (7 miles)
- Nearest airport: Nice-Côte d'Azur (52 miles); Marseille-Provence (87 miles)
