Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Chambellay, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- an 18 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Fitted kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, washing machine, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- In the corridor between the two bedrooms, a relaxation area with a sofa
- Bathroom with bath and WC
The house is ideally located in Chambellay, in very pleasant surroundings. All the shops are just a 7-minute drive away in Le Lion d'Angers (Super U, Lidl, butchers, bakers, etc.).
Bread machine close to the accommodation.
Activities :
- Walks on the towpath
- Listed church to visit
- 3 km away by car: Accrobranche, Paintball, Canoeing, Pedalos...
- Boat hire without a licence
- La Table du Meunier restaurant 2km away
- Domaine des Rues 4 minutes away by car
- The village of Chambellay has just been awarded the Two Flowers label in the towns and villages in bloom competition.
Nearby events :
- Angers Lion racecourse.
- Mondial du lion in October
- Trélazé Festival in July

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- Stairs in the accommodation, beware of children. A safety barrier for children has been installed at the top of the stairs.
- Attic bathroom.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €15/stay (only one cat or dog per stay).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Gîte L'Escale "Ens ha agradat, la casa correcte i quan hem tingut algun inconvenient, l amfitrió ens ha contestat de seguida per solucionar-ho.
Els 2 llits de l habitació estan preparats per nens, pel pes, però bé.
El poble totalment per descansar"

Gîte L'Escale "Tres bon sejour au Gite l'Escale dans un cadre tranquille, balade le long de la Mayenne accessible à pieds. Maison en pierre, le salon est resté agréable malgré la temperature dehors
Seul point négatif: les lits simples sont des lits enfants. Les matelas et sommiers ne sont pas du tout adaptés à des gabarits de plus de 12 ans"
