Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Antibes, in the Juan Les Pins neighbourhood.
It is situated 300 metres from the beach, has a floor area of 36 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 50 m². We’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a double sofa bed, a TV with a soundbar, and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and two beach chairs. Outdoors: - A 9 m² south-east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Antibes in the Juan-les-Pins neighbourhood, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Nearby: - Richelieu Beach, the closest to the flat at 700 m (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) - La Pinède, the venue for the Jazz Festival, 700 m away (a 10-minute walk) - The Palais des Congrès, 500 m away (6 minutes’ walk) - The Casino, 500 m away (6 minutes’ walk). - Belle Rive Beach, 800 m away (10 minutes’ walk). - Juan-les-Pins beach, 900 m away (10 minutes’ walk). - Cannes, 10 km away (20 minutes by car, 8 minutes by train). - Nice, 25 km away (40 minutes by car, 25 minutes by train). L'hôte accueillant mais pas de piscine.
Le flexible de la douche cassé , l'eau fuyait un peu partout.
La chasse d'eau aussi coulait légèrement ce qui peut entraîner une surconsommation d'eau.
