Rowan, a single-storey lodge has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. There's also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is a front, covered decked area with furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles. Enjoy the lakeside position of Rowan in rural Leicestershire. Note: There is on site fishing at the property. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: Contactless check-in from 4pm, check-out by 9am. Note: The owner lives on site.
