The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this apartment in Praz-sur-Arly with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, with a surface area of 54 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 19 m² living room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with a double sofa bed (160×200), TV, and a dining area for enjoying a good meal together.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, multifunction oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and various other appliances.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with a private balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×190), which can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 20 m² balcony surrounding the main room with mountain views and furniture for enjoying sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant setting 300 m from the village center with local shops.
All shops: grocery stores, supermarkets, delicatessens, restaurants, sports shops, newsagents, souvenir shops, banks, art galleries, French Ski School, tourist office, bar and local shops: a bakery, a pharmacy and a church.

In summer, hiking opportunities (ski lifts 300m from the apartment), leisure center about 900m away with climbing wall, lake, water course & tree climbing, children's games, mini golf, tennis court, pétanque, giant outdoor chess game, etc. Fast food and cafés with terraces by the water.
In winter, toboggan run starting from the ski lifts (300m from the apartment), dog sledding, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Paragliding and hot air ballooning.
Nearby events:
- Tour de France in July 2023 and events organized every weekend in July/August.
- Street market, concerts, outdoor cinema, retro car show, alpine festival, running, mountain biking, etc. In winter, there is a packed program of events, mainly during the February school holidays (4 weeks).
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park.
Free public parking to access the ski slopes (in winter) or the leisure center (in summer) is available about 300m away after crossing the Arly river. More private parking is available in the town center about 300m away on the village side with parking discs.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Very easy to reach by car via the motorway to Sallanches and a 25 km drive on a departmental road that is clear in winter.
- By train, stop at Sallanches and take the bus.
- By plane, Megève altiport is 10 km from Praz/Arly.
Other comments:
- Sheets included.
- Very wide, easy-access stairs (suitable for elderly guests).
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets accepted on request, for an additional fee of €15/stay (only one pet allowed). Please specify when booking.
- Towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner, rental to be made 1 week before arrival).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
