We offer this house for rent in Lanvallay, less than 50 metres from the Ille et Rance canal and 150 metres from the port and historic centre of Dinan.
This charming 62 m² house can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Conveniently located in a peaceful setting, it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A 13 m² utility room, where you can store your bicycles - A separate WC On the first floor - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bath - Separate WC Second floor - A children's bedroom with four single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, cordless hoover, etc.
The house is ideally located in Lanvallay, in very pleasant surroundings close to the Vieux Port de Dinan and the Canal d'Ille et Rance.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street near the accommodation.
There is also a pay car park "Plaine du Port" 6 minutes away on foot / 3 minutes by car.
Parking is free from 12pm to 2pm, 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Dinan station, 21 minutes on foot, 6 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit Dinard airport, about 25 minutes away - DINAMO bus service (DINAN AGGLO) runs Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm.
Its 5 routes take you from the centres of Dinan-Léhon, Taden, Quévert, Lanvallay and Trélivan to Dinan SNCF station, public services, shopping centres, business and residential areas, etc., all free of charge.
Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are included (beds made on arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Gîte bien placé près de la Rance.
Literie très propre.
Produits d'entretien, documentation et livres à disposition et 1er secours pour la cuisine.
Super d'utiliser la navette dynamo gratuite pour se rendre à Dinan, et la boulangerie du pont a des croissants à tomber !
Bravo à la commune de participer à l'autosuffisance alimentaire ( voir BD " CHICHE " )
L'escalier n'est vraiment pas à recommander pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées.
Internet très aléatoire. Impossible de faire du télétravail.
Infos pas à jour sur le passage des poubelles tous les 15 jours, ni sur les horaires de la navette.
Difficulté pour dormir avec un bruit récurrent c...

Mézange Bleue "Nous avons passé un agréable weekend en famille au pied de Dinan.
D'activités à faire sans avoir à se déplacer avec son véhicule.
La maison est bien équipée et bien bien rénovée ... attention aux escaliers un peu raides ;-)

Mézange Bleue "Emplacement idéal, très calme avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité et accessibles à pied.
Logement très propre, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes, serviettes de bain, drap… Nous avons adoré, nous venons chaque année à Dinan et c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons l’année prochaine !"
