Welcome to our beautiful house in Sunderland.
We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed. There is 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.
The bathroom has a sink and a shower over the bath.
There is a separate toilet.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Clean and secure- i have an autistic child who escapes and providing i kept the door locked, she wasnt able to. Windows that open are nice n high, back yard is enclosed, hazardous objects stored away… pretty much as safe as it gets. That meant i was able to relax and not have to be constantly vigilant. Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom was ideal for my disabled mother who struggles with stairs.
Quite a tight street to be in but i still managed to park 2 cars there so werent that much of an issue. Couldnt work the bath plug out. Other than that no problems
