Thank you for your interest in our neat and new renovated APP.-HAUS NÜRNBERG. The size of our apartments is approximately 29 square metres. All apartments have a small kitchen, bath-toilet or shower-toilet, balcony and satellite TV available. Our house is located very central but still quiet on the leisure park; parking space as well as an underground car park is provided, as well as a room for your bikes and a coin-operated telephone. In the house you can find a modern physical therapy practices with naturefango. You can walk to the Therme I and the Europa Therme in a few minutes. A bus stop is straight in front of the house. Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.

Description of the accommodation
Unsere Appartements sind ca. 29 qm groß, beinhalten Kleinküche, Bad-WC oder Dusche-WC, Balkon, SAT-TV. Zusätzlich verfügen wir über 2 Zi.-App. - Wohn- Schlafraum getrennt.

Conditions/extras
Anreise ab 15.00 Uhr.

Abreise bis 09:30 Uhr.

Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich.


Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsseltresor vor Ort.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,90EUR pro Person (ab 16 Jahre)/Nacht wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.

Evtl. anfallende Gebühren: Tiefgargenstellplatz 2,00EUR pro Nacht.
