This beautiful apartment offers the perfect starting point for your next family vacation.
From the living/dining area, you have direct access to the balcony with a partial sea view.
Start each morning with a leisurely breakfast and a view of the sea. A cozy seating area in front of your private fireplace invites you to linger, especially during the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need – so you're ready for your next cooking evening. Two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed and flat-screen TV, and the other with two single beds. All beds have a comfortable height of 42 cm. The "Sterntaucher" apartment features a fully equipped, modern bathroom with a shower. The bathroom also includes a washer-dryer. The balcony has a beach chair – simply lean back and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Thanks to the electric table grill, nothing stands in the way of your next barbecue. The balcony is furnished with four high-backed chairs, two footstools, a table, and a parasol. Pets are welcome. Children aged 7 and over are welcome due to the apartment's location on the second floor. The building has an elevator.
You can park your car in your own parking space in the underground garage, and there is a lockable communal room for your bicycles. Please note that construction and renovation work is taking place in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation.

Lage, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit
Die Matratzen hätte man absaugen können. Wir haben sie kurzerhand umgedreht.
Die Wohnung war hervorragend, die Umgebung war auch soweit okay.

Die Ausstattung der gemütlichen Wohnung, alles vor Ort und mit chick eingerichtet.
Zu wenig Stellplätze für Fahrräder am Haus. Die Namen für die einzelnen Wohnungen in den Häusern müssten evtl. Im unteren Bereich angeschlagen sein. Wir haben lange gesucht.

Am 1. Tag Problem mit dem Fernseher. Hauswart konnte sofort helfen. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit (Blumen und 2 Getränke) zum Einstand.
Unheimlich viel Auslauf für Hunde und Kinder
Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war nicht funktionsfähig. Hauswart wollte es an den Vermieter melden.
Ostsee-Ressort Olpenitz ist eine tote Stadt, keinerlei Aktivitäten werden geboten.
