The 74 m² apartment on the first floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and also blackout curtains.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shower, toilet, and sink.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten 2 Wochen einen herrlichen Urlaub an der Schlei. Ein schönes kleines Cafe ist direkt nebenan. Dort kann man von Frühstück bis Abendessen alles bekommen. 5 Sterne für diese schöne Anlage

Wir sind inzwischen jedes Jahr mindestens 2x im Jahr in den Schleikojen. Die Wohnungen bieten einen traumhaften Blick auf die Schlei Schlei. Sie sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe funktionieren zuverlässig und schnell. Port 54 reagiert sehr schnell und kundenorientiert auf Wünsche. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ruhige, sehr schöne, im modernen skandinavischen Stil eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Schlei. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Unkomplizierte Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe.
