The apartment on the first floor offers approximately 45 m² of living and dining space with a kitchen and an adjoining open-plan bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can unwind on the sofa in front of the smart TV.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Lage am Wasser wunderbar. Wohlfühloase an der Schlei. Kommunikation und Check in/out problemlos. Aufgrund der Lage kein Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleines, feines Café liegt ein Katzensprung entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen, wie auch die Unterkunft.

Großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Eigene Wolldecke mitbringen, und kleines Kissen . Die Kopfkissen sind riesig aber gut im Rücken um im Bett Fern zu sehen .
