We offer, this charming 28 m² flat in Aubenas which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
On the mezzanine :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
The flat is ideally located in Aubenas, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Situated in the centre of the old town of Aubenas is the Château de Montraul, a jewel among the civil buildings of the Ardèche, listed as a historic monument, where six seigneurial families lived from the 12th century to the revolutionary period. Covered in glazed tiles, flanked by watchtowers and two round pepper-pots, mullioned windows and furnished with a Renaissance courtyard, the Château d'Aubenas also boasts a rich collection of paintings, sculptures and prints.
