In the Vallon-Pont-d'Arc area, we offer you this charming 110 m² house with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 23 m² living room (with fireplace), a separate fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Day area :
- A 23 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Sleeping area :
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 : Two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful south-west-facing garden of approx. 300 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 200 m² enclosed courtyard
- 15 m² terrace overlooking the Ardèche gorges
The house is ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Montélimar station (40 km)
- Nearest airport : Valence Chabeuil airport (90km)

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (only 1 pet per stay).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
