We are offering this charming single-storey house with a private swimming pool for rent in Bergerac.
It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 70 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 5,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 70 m² living area with several sofas, a Sony smart flat-screen TV (with Canal+), a fireplace (firewood provided) and a home office area with a large desk - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs, an espresso machine (capsules) and a filter coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) - Bedrooms 2 and 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A large bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a gas barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, raclette machine, stone grill, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 9×4m with an alarm.

Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change. - A beautiful, private, sunny garden of 5,000 m², fully enclosed (with a large electric gate and a side gate), featuring sun loungers, outdoor chairs and tables, and stone benches. - A 70 m² terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol. A peaceful setting and environment ideal for remote working. The house is ideally situated in Bergerac, in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood.
You’ll be just 10 minutes from the shopping area (Leclerc, GrandFrais, Picard, restaurants, etc.) and 6 km from the town centre. Activities: - The historic town of Bergerac 6 km away, horse riding 2 km away, go-karting 4 km away, tours of Monbazillac Castle 10 km away, golf/Vigier Castle 15 minutes away, tennis courts 8 km away, bowling and laser tag 6 km away.... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Ideal for a car, with quick access to the motorway (20 mins from the Bordeaux–Paris route) - Bergerac railway station 6 km away, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and Sarlat, 25 minutes from Périgueux - Bergerac Airport is 15 minutes away Other details: - Internet and large-screen television (Canal Plus, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) via Starlink satellite, with speeds three times faster than fibre-optic broadband, and a Bose Bluetooth speaker. - A few steps lead up to the house; a gardener looks after the garden and the swimming pool. - Bed linen and towels included. - The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

We had a really lovely stay at Vila Cyrano and would highly recommend it. The owner was amazing ,very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with from start to finish.
The house itself was very nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

La maison est accueillante et confortable. J'ai apprécié la cheminée, nous étions en hiver, et la partie repas, salon. Les chambres sont confortables. Notre hôte a su réagir très rapidement et gentiment à nos demandes. L'emplacement est idéal, à la fois au calme et à deux pas de la ville.

We hebben 3 weken lang genoten van dit mooie huis met prachtig zwembad en tuin. Rustige omgeving. Leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken in de buurt. Niet erg toeristisch. 10 min van grote supermarkt, alles in de buurt.
Heerlijke bedden en voor de meeste ramen zitten horren. Superfijn!
