Our holiday flat is located on the eastern edge of the city, in a side street with no through traffic. The nearest bus stop is 200 m away, the bus to the city centre runs every 10-15 minutes. Within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes on foot) you will find various shopping facilities (Lidl, Edeka, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream parlour, pizzeria). You will also find well-maintained hiking and walking trails as well as playgrounds in the immediate vicinity (5-7 minutes on foot).
The BMW is 5 minutes away by car.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the detached house occupied by the landlady. The flat was completely renovated in spring 2023, new flooring throughout the flat, new bathroom with underfloor heating and a new fitted kitchen await you. The bedroom is approx. 16 sqm, a double bed (180x200), bed linen is provided. The kitchen is approx. 17 square metres and is equipped with a new fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Towels and cleaning materials are provided. The bathroom is approx. 6 square metres in size and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet as well as underfloor heating. Towels, cleaning products and toilet paper are provided.
If required, a second bedroom with a
French bed (140x200) for a 3rd person can be rented (price by arrangement). If required, we can provide an additional folding bed for an older child as well as books and games.
Garden for shared use with the owner.
Quiet residential area, many parks and green areas with hiking trails, shopping facilities within walking distance (5 minutes to Edeka and Lidl, bakery, pharmacy, post office, pizzeria and ice cream parlour).
2 minutes to the bus stop, several bus lines go to the city centre (approx. 15 minutes).
