Located opposite the entrance to the magnificent Parc Saint-Pierre, a 3-minute walk from the station, bakery, Alhambra cinema, town hall, tourist office, bicycle station, shops and restaurants. A very quiet, central neighbourhood with plenty of residential parking. You'll find plenty of shops in the neighbourhood (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bar-tabac, banks, pharmacy, etc.).
Located close to the town's activities and in front of the Parc Saint-Pierre, you'll appreciate the central location of the property. You'll be just a few minutes from the magnificent Calais beach and its entertainment (Le Dragon, seaside activities, Skate Park...).
Getting around :
4 minutes from the Place d'Armes and 8 minutes from the beach by bike. The beach is 2 km away. The marina is 1.5 km away. Place d'Armes 1 km away.
