The apartment is located on the third floor of a building, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Bay of Mola.
Just 100 meters away is the Dog Beach, a beach of mixed sand and gravel dedicated to our four-legged friends.
The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes' drive away, as are the lively centers of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. It is located in front of the landing of Baia di Mola, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds, where an active buoy field is available from May to October, providing mooring for boats from 4 to 16 meters. The two-room apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a small bedroom with 2 single beds.
In the common courtyard of the structure, there are tables and chairs available to guests.
