Roomy and cozy apartment of about 100 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate four people, located on the second floor of a renovated building without a lift. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a quiet area of ​​Giardini Naxos, a beautiful seaside resort just 7 km from Taormina.

The accommodation consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and three balconies (one of which has a sea view).

The inside is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with sofas, dining table, flat screen TV and access to the balcony (sea view);

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, kettle, oven, dining table, kitchenware, wine glasses and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (small laundry room), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;

EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.

Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

The apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, a seaside area full of points of interest, such as the Castello di Schisò, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike. In the surroundings of the accommodation it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and parapharmacies. The beach is about 5 minutes walk.

Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is not to be missed. Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto will be unmissable destinations during your stay.

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). In the surroundings of the property it is possible to find paid parking (blue stripes; not guaranteed and not bookable).


- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop in Via Dalmazia, 600 meters from the property. At this same stop, it is also possible to take buses which take you to Taormina in about 10 minutes.
