Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer, boasting a superb view of the harbour, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 46 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 32 m² living room with sea views, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 32 m² living area with a TV, a sofa bed, a seating area and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, a washing machine, a cot, and an iron and ironing board. Outside: - A west-facing balcony of approximately 6 m² with furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days whilst taking in this iconic view. The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - D-Day beaches - Museums - Hiking - Water sports - Fishing - Bowling, cinema, tennis, swimming pool Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the basement of the flat. (Space 215) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen station (20 km) - Nearest airport: Caen Airport (28 km) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Il est facile d'accès et permet de profiter pleinement a pied en ville et le long de la plage si besoin.
