Restyled detached villa for 6 persons, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 1 bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. The living room has floor heating and there is a TV as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dish washer, a cooler/freezer, a microwave oven and a coffeepad machine. 1 of the bathrooms has a bathtub and another bathroom has a shower. A furnished garden with terrace is facing south and there is sufficient parking opportunity at the accommodation. You can make use of Wi-Fi free of charge.
Good to know: the layout of the Branding 12 house differs. This property has a larger living room. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs are located in an extension. Upstairs, there are 2 spacious bedrooms instead of 3. There are 6 single beds in total. the layout of the Golfbreker 11 house differs, there are no bedrooms downstairs, only 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is only 1 private parkplace The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. These beaches even rank among the Top 10 Cleanest Beaches in the Netherlands. Due to a fire in the wellness area of Hof Domburg, the swimming pool, bowling alley, and wellness center De Parel at this park are closed. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
