This detached villa sleeps six and has a living room with a television. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a drip coffee maker and other appliances. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, along with a bathroom with a shower. There is a separate toilet on each floor. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and two parking spaces; the villa also offers free Wi-Fi access.

The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
